01.How quickly will my Post be Installed?
All orders will be completed within 24 hours after underground utilities have been located through the Sunshine 811 before you dig!
02.What is Sunshine 811 call before you dig?
811 is the national call-before-you-dig phone number. By Florida Law anyone who plans to dig should call 811 before digging to request that the approximate location of buried utilities be marked with paint or flags so that you don't unintentionally dig into an underground utility line. We have to wait two business days before installing your Real Estate Sign Post!
03.What are your Service Areas?
We cover Pasco and Hillsborough Counties. Additional trip charge for other counties.
04.Where will my Sign Post will be installed?
It all depends on the underground utilities, our Installer will make an assessment the day of your install to look for the most visible place to Install your Real Estate Sign Post. When you become a regular customer we will provide you with White Marker Flags that you can place on your desired location.
05.What if there is HOA restrictions?
The Agent is responsible to make sure the sign post is order complies with HOA, city and zoning regulations. if for some reason one of the post is removed by any of these entities and Master Listing Solutions can't recover the Sign Post, a $89 replacement fee will be charged.
06.What happens if the Sign Post is damaged, lost or stolen?
In the event that a post or installation component is damaged , lost or stolen while installed on the property, Master Listing Solutions will make every attempt to restore the system. Fees for damage will be charged based on the degree of salvage ability, not to exceed the cost for lost post and/or components. or if the sign post is lost or stolen a $89 replacement fee will be charged.
07.What is included with my order?
Free Removal once your listing is sold Free Sign Panels Storage. What is a Service trip charge? We charge $20 Service trip charge in the event we need to come back to replace, fix or change the location of the sign Post, add a rider, or pick up your sign panels from your office.
